How it works

Send us your photos
Photograph or scan the old prints - a good-quality phone photo of an album page works too. If you'd rather not scan, send us the album by courier: we'll photograph it ourselves and send everything back.

We restore and bring them to life
We write a separate brief for every single photograph - exactly how that frame should come to life. And we use the newest video models available, not the cheapest ones: that is where the difference shows, and it shows in the faces. If you like, we can also turn black-and-white photographs into colour - it's your choice.

If the photographs are in an album and scanning isn't practical, we can arrange a courier separately - that's an optional extra.
Prices include 21% VAT. We confirm the exact amount once the number of photos is known. Invoices are issued by SIA Friday.
You risk nothing
We fix it until you're happy
There is no cap on revisions. The edit, the order, the music, the titles - we change them as many times as it takes.
If it still isn't right, we refund
If you still don't like the film after the revisions, you get your money back. No arguing, no extra conditions.
Your originals are never touched
We work from copies, so your photographs cannot be damaged. We never publish them or use them without your written permission.
Frequently asked questions
Will anyone else see my photos?
We use your photographs only to carry out your order. They are not published or used for any other purpose without your consent. Full details are in the privacy policy.
What if the photos are in an album and I don't know how to scan?
Send us the album or the frame by courier - we photograph them ourselves with proper lighting and equipment, and return everything untouched. The courier is an optional extra - we agree it separately once we know the size of the order.
Do I have to pay upfront?
No. We make the film first and show you a watermarked preview. Once you've seen it, you can ask for changes, and only when you're happy do you pay the invoice and receive the finished film in full quality without the watermark. You never risk paying for something you haven't seen. For large orders (60+ photographs) we may agree a small deposit to start the work.
How long does it take?
Standard turnaround is 2 weeks from when we receive your photos. If you need it sooner, we offer rush delivery in 2 business days for 1.5× the price. Mention it in your request and we'll reserve a slot for you.
What format should the photos be in?
JPG, PNG or HEIC. A photo taken of an album page works too - what matters is that it's sharp and full size.
Can you turn a black-and-white photograph into color?
Yes. By default we keep black-and-white photographs black and white - that is the most faithful restoration. But if you'd like, we can also turn them into colour: recovering natural skin, clothing and background colours as they might have looked in life. Just say so in your enquiry, and you can choose per photo which version you want. Badly faded color photos we restore back to their original colors at no extra charge.
My photo is badly damaged. Can you still help?
Most of the time, yes. Cracks, stains and faded colour are things we restore every day. If you're unsure, send us the photo - we'll tell you honestly what's possible before you order.
